Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect mails from one mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email box accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
