We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost information and undesired network downtime. That’s why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We’ve got competent administrators whose chief task is to ensure that your web site functions precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon popular scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to transfer your site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (when the content is not large).

A: Yep. We will need to have the name of the web site that you wish us to transfer. We’ll also need a way to log into your current hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous hosting provider. Once the transfer is over, we’ll ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your web content is not compromised before informing you that the transfer is completed. After that, we will instruct you how to move the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to change the DNS resource records.

A: Nope. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we do not need anything. We will never get in touch with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: Yes. We support all common Linux–powered web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, since we do not offer Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.We also do not support proprietary web site building and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
